This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process, deliver, and manage both physical and digital products purchased through our Shopify store at https://lartagency.com.
1. Order Processing Times

All physical orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

In periods of high demand, processing may take longer. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Digital Product Delivery

Digital products such as e-books, online courses, and talent assessments are delivered electronically.

Access to the talent assessment (CliftonStrengths and The Good Test) will be delivered via email within 0–2 business days after purchase.

If you do not receive your access within the expected timeframe, please contact us at ag@lartagency.com.
- If your digital product includes scheduled access (e.g., future course date), this will be communicated in the product description and confirmation email.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
For physical items, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
Tracking numbers are usually active within 24 hours of dispatch.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

L’arT Agency is not responsible for customs fees or taxes incurred on international shipments.

These charges (e.g., import duties, tariffs) are the buyer's responsibility.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages

L’arT Agency is not liable for physical products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
